As a leading service provider of equity compensation services in Northern-Europe, we at Accurate Equity felt that the simplest way for us to help even more companies navigate the complexities of equity compensation, is to physically establish ourselves more centrally within Europe, where London is the natural choice. Therefore we are proud to announce the opening of Accurate Equity's new London offices at 35 New Broad Street, London on October 1, 2012. As part of our continuing global expansion, in response to a growing demand for our tailored equity compensation solutions, we are excited to launch our new operations to provide services to the UK and BENELUX markets via our strategically located hub in the City of London.

To launch our new operations Accurate Equity has assembled a team of seasoned industry professionals to pioneer our advancement into the UK & BENELUX markets. We are delighted to confirm the newest members of the global Accurate Equity team: Stuart Bailey, UK Managing Director; Mike Baker, Director of UK Business Development; David Lee, Director of Client Implementation; and Sophie Altaf, Senior Manager of Global Marketing & Business Development. Further members of the UK team will be announced in due course.
