Come see me speak August 23 in San Francisco - A new approach to compensation communication
Margaret O'Hanlon (ReThink Consulting) and Dan Walter (Performensation) will reprise their enthusiastically received presentation from the 2012 World at Work conference.
Everything You Do (in Compensation) Is Communication
2012-08-23
Your compensation program speaks for
itself. Are you comfortable with what it is saying? Most of us
recognize that our employees and managers translate our compensation
programs differently than we do. Learn how to get everyone on the same
page for once. We have created a new and easy 8-step approach that
incorporates everything from compensation design decisions to words and
presentations. You'll leave with a communication effectiveness checklist
and fill-in-the-blanks project plan. This presentation is a reprise of
a enthusiastically received presentation at the 2012 World@Work
Conference.
Our speakers will be: Margaret O'Hanlon and Dan Walter
Margaret O'Hanlon launched re:Think Consulting in 1999 to collaborate
with clients on creative human resource communication solutions to
complex business problems. She's worked with early-phase, mid-sized and
Fortune 500 companies, as well as universities and non-profits. Her
assignments address the "people" aspects of organizational change
including employee research, pay-for-performance, total rewards
redesigns and career development. Prior to re:Think Consulting,
Margaret was a Principal with Towers Watson, where she specialized in
human resources and organizational communications for over 15 years. She
began her undergraduate work at NYU and transferred to Indiana
University, Bloomington where she received a B.A. in English with

the same University.
