I will be attending the GEO 2012 California Forum on May 17, 2012.  It starts at 11:30am.  Anyone want to get together for coffee in San Carlos before the event starts?

the date! On May 17, 2012, the San Francisco and Silicon Valley
chapters of the Global Equity Organization will co-host our third annual
joint event: the GEO California Forum at Domenico Wines in San
Carlos, CA. This event provides a unique opportunity for Stock Plan,
Tax, Finance, Accounting, Human Resource and Legal professionals to gain
greater expertise in the creation and management of global equity-based
compensation programs. The program has been expanded this year to include more networking time, a luncheon, and additional panels.

Sessions
will provide in-depth and practical guidance on the latest hot topics
in global equity compliance, administration and design. There will also
be time to share with your peers on topics relating to global stock
programs. The Forum will conclude with a Wine & Cheese Networking
Mixer.

Pre-registration
is $25 for issuer attendees and $95 for provider representatives who
register in advance (or $75 for issuers/ $150 for service providers at
the door). Lunch and registration start at 11:30, and the event starts
at noon; the event concludes at 6pm.
