Seasoned Industry Veteran Danyle Anderson Takes the Helm at the Global Equity Organization

Orange, CA - March 4, 2012 - Global Equity Organization, the 4,500 member non-profit organization dedicated to advancing knowledge and understanding of equity compensation worldwide, today announced that Danyle Anderson has been named Executive Director for the organization. Her appointment comes one month before the organizations' 13th Annual International Conference which will give her a great venue for meeting members and stepping into her new role.

"We are delighted to have Danyle bring her fantastic combination of skills, professional credentials and experience to GEO," said Carine Schneider, Chairman of the GEO Board and CEO of EASi. "Our members will benefit from having an issuer who has walked in their shoes, who is a CEP and a CPA, and has also played a pivotal role in another major industry association. Her contacts and talents will help GEO further its mission to advance the knowledge and understanding of equity compensation worldwide and grow the organization."

Danyle has more than 22 years of experience in the accounting and equity compensation fields and is a frequent speaker on equity compensation related topics. She is especially well suited for her GEO role because she lived in Germany for six years, moved around the world while serving in the US Air Force and currently lives part-time in Costa Rica.

Prior to joining GEO, Danyle was the Programs Director for the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP). Danyle also served as head of Investor Relations and Shareholder Services for Tech Data Corporation, a $24 billion dollar company ranked 109 on the Fortune 500®. In addition to spearheading Tech Data's investor and shareholder programs, Danyle had responsibility for all aspects of the company's equity plans including accounting, tax and legal responsibilities for equity delivered in more than 38 countries. Prior to Tech Data, Danyle was a member of the audit division of Deloitte & Touche LLP.
