EASi Launches Professional Services Group to Support Clients' Complex Equity Compensation Needs
Former Deloitte Expert, Chuong Pham, to Oversee Delivery of Tax and Accounting Compliance and Process Efficiency Solutions

 Pleasanton, CA - March 1, 2012 - Equity Administration Solutions, Inc. (EASi), the largest independent stock plan software technology company in the world, today announced it has launched a Professional Services Group and named Chuong Pham, former Director with Deloitte's Global Employer Services Practice, as the Vice President-Managing Director leading the practice.

 The EASi Professional Services Group helps companies navigate equity compensation complexities and provides guidance on the most efficient tax and accounting practices to streamline operations and drive compliance.

 In response to the ever increasing needs of its clients, EASi is creating its new Professional Services Group to address some of the most pressing stock plan management challenges. "The myriad of regulatory changes, M&A activity, mobility and tax issues and cross-functional implications for managing equity compensation makes it one very tough job, especially for our larger, more complex, multi-national clients," said Mark Ebersole, Chief Technology Officer at EASi.  Pham was most recently Director, Deloitte Global Employer Services Practice, New York, where he led the Northeast Region stock compensation service line. His expertise includes executive compensation tax, financial reporting, corporate governance and compliance solutions. In his role he served as an advisor to many major stock plan providers. Earlier in his career, Pham worked as an attorney at DLA Piper in Baltimore specializing in executive compensation, including SEC reporting, tax, compensation in mergers and acquisitions, proxy disclosure, and executive employment agreements. Pham holds a JD and BSE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.
