The equity compensation industry is highly regulated, with many pitfalls for the unwary. The National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) called upon a number of industry experts to share some of the mistakes they've encountered in equity compensation and what actions were taken to correct them.  

The result is a book titled If I'd Only Known That - Common Mistakes in Equity Compensation and What to Do About Them, which contains some humorous and painful examples of what happens when otherwise competent and responsible professionals don't know what they don't know and fail to get advice before taking actions that result in consequences ranging from the merely awkward to the downright serious.

In this webinar, several contributors to the book will highlight some of the most common mistakes made by equity compensation professionals and discuss the solutions that can help resolve or avoid the situation.
