Survey Data on Private Company Stock Grants

I've had people ask me for data on private companies and glad the NCEO conducted this new survey (see http://www.nceo.org/main/misc.php/id/153/) . This type of data on private company stock grants and with these type of breakdowns, statistics, and tables in it is very hard to find. It's also available at a reasonable cost.
