Marsha Tepper joins the Equity Compensation team at CompIntelligence Inc

Connecticut, September 19, 2011 - CompIntelligence announced today that Marsha Tepper has joined their Equity Compensation team.  Ms. Tepper, a Certified Equity Professional (CEP), has worked in the equity compensation industry for overtwenty five years holding a variety of roles with small boutique firms and larger financial organizations, most recently with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.  She is an expert in all aspects of Equity Compensation administration with extensive expertise in business process design, industry best practices, plan design and communication strategies.  Ms. Tepper has overseen and built from the ground up administration outsourcing businesses supporting executive and broad-based plans.  As a leading industry expert, Ms. Tepper is a frequent presenter at numerous industry conferences and chapter meetings.
