John Bagdonas joins Global Shares as VP Business Development
Clonakilty, Ireland - Global Shares, the independent share plan administration company, is pleased to announce that John Bagdonas CEP will be joining Global Shares in New York as Vice President, Business Development, effective from August 29th, 2011.
Currently, John is a Board Member, Treasurer and Chair of Finance Committee for the Global Equity Organization (GEO). In addition, he has served as a member of the advisory board of the Certified Equity Professional Institute from 2001 to 2008. John has over 20 years' experience in the equity compensation arena and is a frequent speaker and presenter at local, national and international events with GEO, World at Work, National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP), British American Business, ifsProShare, and the CEPI Symposium etc.
John has been affiliated with Global Shares for a number of years and has partnered with us on key consulting initiatives including the oversight of the implementation of equity-based plans for a major financial services client; project management of an enterprise-wide data audit of global stock plans, management of an equity plan implementation, records conversion and financial reporting migration for a major IT company; and providing on-going support to our US sales team.
