WorldatWork and GEO: Standard LTI Valuation Initiative

Since 2007, WorldatWork and the Global Equity
Organization (GEO) have been working with practitioners and the firms
that collect and publish long term incentive (LTI) data to create a
common LTI valuation methodology that would allow direct comparability
across different surveys and providers. An overarching philosophical
goal of the initiative is to establish a valuation methodology that will
capture the intended value delivered to the LTI recipient, not the LTI
cost incurred by the company.
