Hi everyone.  In the spirit of full disclosure, I would like to note that I am on the Advisory Board for the HR.com Institute of Human Resources Compensation Certification process.

The presentation Feb 14 at 11am EST titled The Impact of Dodd Frank on The Year of a Compensation Department is being presented by Ed Hauder of Exequity and myself.

The presentation at 2:45pm EST titled Trends in Equity Compensation & Plan Design is being presented by Ed Hauder of Exequity and Aaron Boyd of Equilar Inc.

Other sessions are less oriented to Equity and Executive compensation, but your registration gets you in for all sessions on Feb 14 and 15, even you you only attend a couple.

I hope to see you there
