The NASPP is excited to announce that we are now soliciting presentation proposals for the 19th Annual NASPP Conference.
Proposals will be accepted through Monday, February 28, 2011.  The
NASPP Conference will be held in the fall of 2011; the exact dates and
location will be announced soon.

About the NASPP Annual Conference
The NASPP
Annual Conference is the premier event for stock plan professionals,
providing unparalleled opportunities for education and networking.  The
rapidly shifting regulatory landscape we continue to experience will
make the 2011 Conference one of the most important to date. Close to
2,000 professionals attended our 2010 Conference; we expect even more in
2011.

Submitting a Presentation Proposal
Presentation proposals must be submitted through the NASPP’s Proposal Submission Website.
Both NASPP members and non-members may submit proposals, although
proposals from NASPP members receive preference.  A maximum of three
proposals can be submitted by any one company or firm.

Please refer to our Top Ten Tips for Creating a Successful Proposal for helpful information on how to increase the chance of your proposal being accepted.   Additionally, our guidance on Presentation Topics
suggests topics that are of primary interest to our membership. We
prefer panels (rather than solo presenters) that focus on practical
guidance and that include company case studies.  Case study submissions
should include one representative from the studied company.  We may
combine similar proposals into a single panel.

All proposals must be submitted via the NASPP’s Proposal Submission Website by Monday, February 28, 2011.  We
begin reviewing the proposals as soon as the submission period closes
so there can be no extensions to this deadline, no matter how dire the
circumstances.
Please review the NASPP Proposal Submission Guidelines for further details. Questions regarding proposal submissions can be sent to RFP@naspp.com.

Notification of Results
We expect to notify submitters of the acceptance status of their proposals in April 2011.

OK ECE Members:

I am always looking for new people (and returning colleagues) to present with.

I am happy to act as a moderator on a presentation with corporate issuers or a subject matter expert filling a role on your presentation.  If you want to do a presentation with me, send me your concept and I will let you know if I can help.

All the best,

Dan
