One of the biggest challenges that stock plan administrators and accountants face is efficiently keeping track of the tax withholdings and automatically conducting the calculations and the journal entries associated with them.

I see that Optrack and company are based in Canada. Are the accounting publications per US GAPP and FASB regs?
The accounting publication applies to both US-GAAP and IFRS regulations.
