Global Shares Celebrates 5 Years

10 January 2011 - Global Shares PLC (the 'Company'), a leading provider of global share plan administration and consulting services, has just celebrated its fifth anniversary. With clients in 16 countries, Global Shares has been truly committed to providing the highest quality stock plan administration and consulting services to 200+ companies over the past five years.

Co-founder and CEO, Carine Schneider, states: "Our vision, when we created the Company, was to provide companies worldwide with an alternative to the traditional solutions. Instead of asking companies to design plans that would work within our framework, we built a framework that is flexible to support any plan in any jurisdiction. Building a client base on 5 continents demonstrates our commitment to that vision."

Growth in North and South America, as well as Europe and Asia has required Global Shares to employ a world-class team. In the first quarter of 2011, Global Shares will introduce a new Client Resource Center for their administration clients and will launch its 30th customised client portal. Additionally, Global Shares recently developed a data conversion tool that allows clients to convert easily from any commercially available platform (including EXCEL) to a different platform.
