New Reports Follow IRS Formats for Ease of Compliance  

Pleasanton, CA - December 16, 2010 -Equity Administration Solutions, Inc. (EASi), the leading broker-independent stock plan software company, today announced that its customers are preparing for their 6039 filings using its latest 3921 and 3922 reports.

In keeping with its commitment to provide new functionality to meet evolving regulatory requirements, EASi introduced four new reports that mirror the IRS format to enable compliance with IRC Section 6039 requirements.

EASi provides downloadable reports with the information required in the Forms 3921 and 3922 filings to the IRS.  This allows the ISO and ESPP information to be incorporated with other tax data (such as 1099 information) that is not related to equity compensation but must also be incorporated in electronic filings.   The form-based 3921 and 3922 reports generate a page-per-employee information statement covering all reportable transactions for the tax year, thus facilitating direct mailing
