Interesting Tools for Communicating Equity

Check out the ECE main page for some interesting examples of video tools you can use to more effectively communicate with you employees (for free).

1. There is a video on home page that was created using the site www.xtranormal.com.  Xtranormal allows you to turn text  into animated video without any real work.  If you have a Q&A for your plan, try and make a video for each question and then send the links to your staff.  You may be surprised by the number of people who would rather watch, instead of read, their information.


2. On the right side of the page there is a smaller, 30-second video on the 4 steps  to turn your powerpoint presentations into video that can be loaded to sites like YouTube or Slideshare.  Just another easy technique to help communicate your plans.
