ICM Corporate Plan Services LLC is acquiring Mission Mpower
Inc. 

The acquisition of Mission Mpower by ICM Corporate Plan
Services brings together two firms, each with  a  long  history  of 
expertise  in  equity  plan 
services,  to  serve  a  rapidly  changing  marketplace. 

The combined organization will specialize in assisting
corporations with customized stock plan services ‐‐  from administration to software to brokerage services.       

The combination of ICM Corporate Plan Services and Mission
Mpower will afford clients an array of services, all under one roof. Together,
they will service three distinct markets; corporate & private equity plans,
brokerage services, and equity service providers.   

The acquisition of Mission Mpower, with its state‐of‐the art
software platforms, “Equity Central” and 
“Wealth  Central,” will  provide ICM  Corporate 
Plan  Services  clients  with  equity
compensation administration, transaction services, employee communications,
consulting, and financial reporting.
