Hi,

I am Dan Walter and I founded the ECE March, 2008.

I also run Performensation a firm that specializes in performance and equity compensation strategic and tactical solutions. Performensation

I am also a Partner with VCP, the producers of ShareComp, our industries first virtual conference. ShareComp 2010

I am located in San Francisco, but my clients are all over the globe.

I am hoping that the ECE continues to grow and becomes the central location for keeping up to date on what is happening in the world of equity compensation. I also hope that more ECE members will volunteer to update news articles, write blog postings and greet new members.
