Global Stock Plan Administration Survey - Buck and Global Shares - 12 March 2010

For the past few years, Buck Consultants and Global Shares have conducted a survey of stock plan professionals
responsible for the operation of their company's employee stock plan. This survey is designed to provide insight
into how companies administer their various stock plans, including outsourcing issues, the plan’s cost to the
company, and the software used. In order to get a well-rounded look at the situation, the survey also considers such
issues as number of people supporting the administration of the plan(s) as well as the impact of plan responsibilities
on the administrator. The survey results will be distributed electronically to all participants in May 2010.
