The Culpepper Equity Compensation and LTI Practices Survey focuses
on current trends and practices of equity compensation and long-term
incentive plans, restricted stock shares/units, performance-based
shares/units, SARs, phantom stock, and employee stock purchase
plans. Topics covered include recent and planned changes to LTI plans,
eligibility by job level, stock ownership guidelines, frequency of
grant cycles, vesting, performance measures, risk assessment, and
clawback provisions.

Price: FREE to participants.

Participation Deadline:
The survey will close Sunday, March 21, 2010 at 11:55pm Eastern


Availability of Reports: After
you participate, you will be able to view preliminary results and a
copy of our most recent report on long-term incentive practices. All
qualifying participants will receive a comprehensive PDF report at no fee after we have finished collecting, verifying, and analyzing survey data.

Eligibility:

We invite executives and professionals within HR and finance
departments to submit data on behalf of their organizations. HR
consulting firms do not qualify to participate. However, we encourage
HR consultants to have the firms they represent participate.



Confidentiality Policy:
We fully recognize the sensitivity of participant data and hold
individual company data in strictest confidence. Survey data is only
published in aggregate form and is never displayed or released by
Culpepper in such a way that a participant's data or practices could be
determined.
