As you know we can never have enough information on the design and use of equity compensation programs.
The ECE encourages our members to complete the 2010 Domestic
Stock Plan Design Survey (co-sponsored by the National Association of Stock
Plan Professionals and Deloitte*).

The NASPP
Stock Plan Design Survey is free to all participants and is the industry’s most
comprehensive survey on all aspects of stock plan design and administration. This
edition of the survey covers design of stock options, awards, and performance
plans. Past surveys have received
responses from over 400 companies and provide an unparalleled look at current
practices in stock plan design and administration. The survey is a great opportunity for you to learn how your
stock plans compare to your peers.
All
respondents to the survey will receive a copy of the survey results.
In
addition, respondents are eligible for discounts on NASPP membership and the 18th Annual NASPP
Conference and will be entered in a raffle for an Amazon.com gift
certificate. It is not necessary
to be a member of the NASPP to participate in the survey.
