American Business Unit Based in San Francisco, CA (US)

Monidee, Leading Provider of Reward
Plan, Risk & Compliance Solutions, announces plans to expand into North
America beginning February 1, 2010. Monidee’s entry into North America
opens doors for multinational companies to take advantage of the extended suite
of Monidee solutions to administer world-wide employee reward
plans. Monidee is specialized in the management and administration of
employee reward plans according to international rules and standards (Sarbanes
Oxley Compliance (SOX), IFRS / US GAAP) and provides cost-effective solutions
based on it's own tOption platform, a very extensive, flexible and
web-based software application. On the basis the flexibility of tOption,
Monidee is in a position to offer a suitable and efficient solution to any
company - from small, non-stock exchange quoted companies to
multinationals.

Further, Monidee
is pleased to announce the addition of two key senior team members based in the
US. Pam Stetson has joined as the Senior Director of Client Development and
Jean Ulrich has joined as the Director of Event Services. Pam brings with her
an extensive background in the global reward plan industry and 18 years of
client development and management experience. Jean also comes from the global
reward plan community and possesses over 20 years in professional event
planning and marketing services. Pam and Jean will be responsible for business
development and client activities for Monidee in North America.
