This year, we are looking for new ideas and cutting-edge information
that will inspire attendees to depart from the conference with
practical tools they can use to immediately make contributions to their

believe that the Total Rewards community would benefit from hearing
your perspectives in one or more of the following areas:

  • Compensation

  • Executive Rewards

  • Benefits

  • Work-Life

  • Total Rewards Strategies

Presentations that cover the following topics will be of greatest interest and value  to our attendees:

  • Total rewards strategies that explore trends, best practices
and overarching implications of the employer-employee value proposition

  • Featured information about solving the challenges of engaging talent in the backdrop of today's uncertain labor market

  • Comprehensive strategic approaches to total rewards initiatives sought by senior-level rewards professionals

  • Total rewards overviews that will appeal to HR professionals whose job scope has expanded  beyond just one area

Hi Dan,

If you are considering presenting on the topic of equity compensation participant communication and decision support I would be happy to collaborate with you for the WorldatWork conference.  Let's discuss.

Dan, an interesting topic that is gaining traction is the issue of equity-based compensation for the LLC.  With so many businesses setting up in LLC format (rather than corporate), it is becoming a bigger issue.  It's not a matter of stock options and restricted stock, as in a corporation.  The tools for paying people are different.  NCEO just issued our new book, Equity Compensation for the LLC, this past week.

I can envision a talk where I describe some of the pay distinctions between LLCs and corporations and you can address the performance standards and motivations.

Whaddaythink?

Bill,

I think that your topic would be interesting to the HR and Comp people who are always working to communicate the value (current and potential) to participants.  I think this can be a very interesting topic.  Let's talk Monday, 9/21.

Alan,

I think if we can compare/contrast LLC / Private Co. and Public Co. equity it would be very interesting to the WorldatWork audience.  Do you have time to discuss on Monday 9/21?
