The
National Center for Employee Ownership and the Beyster Institute at the
Rady School of Management (UCSD) are once again gearing up for the
annual Employee Ownership Conference, scheduled for April 20-22, 2010 in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The conference, one of the largest gatherings in this field, will
attract over 700 attendees interested in employee ownership and equity
compensation.

Submit Proposals Now!!
You
are invited to submit a proposal to participate as a speaker and/or
sponsor of this year's event. Below you will find links to information
on available opportunities, as well as links to the necessary
application forms.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsor
support helps keep registration fees low, allowing us to reach a wider
audience. Sponsor opportunities range from $750 to $16,000 and include
one or more complimentary conference registrations, as well as other
benefits, depending on the level.

A brochure announcing the
conference will be sent to upwards of 30,000 potential attendees early
this winter. To ensure that your firm's sponsorship is recognized in
print, please return a completed form to us by October 6, 2009.

Full
exhibit space can be secured for those at the $3,000 level and above,
but space is limited, as exhibit space is in high demand and sells out
quickly. Please sign up early in order to guarantee your space! There
are also other options for those who want high visibility but do not
wish to exhibit.

Please look over the Sponsorship Opportunities (PDF) for details before filling out the Secure Sponsorship Form
You may submit this form online or you may download the form for
submission via mail, email or fax. If you would like to receive a hard
copy of this information, please reply to this email with your request.

Speaking Opportunities
Do
you want to share your expertise with others by speaking in a breakout
session or a panel at the conference? We have created a list of
suggested topics to get you started.  We also encourage you to create
your own panels and proposals.

After reviewing the Speaker Guidelines (PDF) and the   Session Topic Ideas (PDF), you may submit your Speaking Proposal online or you may download the form for submission via email, mail, or fax. The speaking proposal deadline is also October 6, 2009.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact Deborah Krant, NCEO Conference Director, at (510-208-1304) or dkrant@nceo.org or Hilde Stephan, The Beyster Institute Events Manager, at (858-822-6002) or hestephan@ucsd.edu.

Sincerely,

Corey Rosen, Executive Director
National Center for Employee Ownership

AND

Anthony Mathews, Director of Employee Ownership
Beyster Institute
Rady School of Management, UC San Diego

Feel
free to copy and circulate the speaker proposal information to others
at your firm or company, especially if you are not available to speak.
Speaker proposals are considered separately from sponsorship by our
selection committee--i.e. you do not need to sponsor in order to be
considered to speak at the conference. However, non-sponsoring speakers
must pay registration fees.
