What can the ECE do to make the our site more interactive?

Hi everyone. With more than 800 members the ECE continues to grow faster than I ever thought possible! Thanks for supporting this new concept for our industry.
Hundreds of you access the ECE every week. Mondays are the busiest day and the weekends see little traffic.
Here's my question: How can I make the ECE site more interactive?
- What would inspire you to post articles or information that you find?
- Would a training on posting articles be helpful?
- What would inspire you to respond to questions such as this one?
- What article topics would be interesting enough to get you to post a comment?
- What obstacles (other than a lack of time) are keeping all of us from exploring the true potential of equity compensation programs?
I look forward to hearing from (hundreds of) you. You can reply to this dicussion topic or send me an email directly.
All the best,
Dan

Dear Dan:
I write articles sometimes on the topic of Equity Compensation etc. So how would I get it posted in the EC Expert site.
Please tell me how specifically.
John Olagues
All ECE members are welcome to discussions and articles
To add a new Discussion or Article as a discussion (the process only takes about 1-2 minutes):
1. Place your cursor over the word "Communicate" in the blue bar near the top of the screen.
2. Select "Discussions". (you will be taken to a new screen)
3. You will see a list of Discussion Forums. Click on the title of the forum that best matches your topic. (you will be taken to a new screen)
4. Select "Create New Topic" from the upper right-hand corner of the "white" main section of the window. (you will be taken to a new screen)
5. Enter your title and create your discussion.
*Note discussions can include web links, embedded video, links to external sites and more.
When you are done creating you discussion, simply click "SAVE" at the bottom of the window. Your discussion will appear immediately on the main page of the ECE site.
If you own, or know of a website that has the ability to provide news feeds, please send me an email and I will set up an automated feed from the site to the ECE site.
IMPORTANT Note: The ECE site has RSS feeds for several areas of the main page. RSS feeds allow you to automatically populate a news reader.
If your website or blog has a place to show news feeds, you can have ECE updates show up automatically.
Dan,
For those involved with administering or advising on top management compensation in publicly-traded companies, September portends immense changes in law and regulations.
I suggest you create a subgroup to focus on these issues. Summaries of legislation and regulations are less relevant than examples and ideas of what companies are doing to comply, and issues related thereto.
The focus should be upon boards of directors, not managment.
Thanks Mel.
We have been toying with the concept of subgroups for a while. My concern has been betting more interaction before we split focus, but perhaps we should try and create the focus first.
Let's hear what other ECE members have to say about Mel's idea.
