WHAT DO YOU WANT TO KNOW?


The major goal of the ECE is to promote the evolution of the equity compensation programs (programmes for those of you who speak English). 


The ECE will soon begin working with experts to provide specific information and we want to know what YOU you want to know.


Please list at least three things you wish you knew more about.  Be as specific as possible.  If you have a list of twenty things, please do not be shy!

There is so much I'd like to know more about, but my top three are:


1.  Accounting for equity awards (valuation and expensing)


2.  Establishing performance objectives for performance awards


3.  IPOs - how to do it

1.  markets levels for equity grants


2.  typical terms


3.  creative ways to create liquidy prior to M&A or IPO

Just a note, nothing is "outside the scope" of the ECE as long as has something to do with equity compensation.
