First a powerful data consolidator brings in information from multiple sources (in their native expert format.  The data is normalized and stored in the GEMS database.

Then our rules engine checks each goal against the data and provides a status for where each award stands.  Whether you have one performance goal or hundreds GEMS provides an unequaled level of functionality. Reports and web-based screens are available for corporate and individual participant use. Am adhoc reporting tool provides support for what-if modeling and more.

Finally, the system indicates when goals are actually met or missed and updates your internal or outsourced systems to allow for transactions and proper financial reporting.

GEMS can also be used to track STI programs, Retirement Eligibility, NQDC amounts and more.
