AST EPS made a great move by appointed an individual who is both incredibly skilled and supremely qualified to be their new President. The details are below, but I have my own point of view on this. I have been in the equity compensation world for more than 15 years and know literally hundreds of great professionals. Mona Hanes is one the very best of the bunch.
While I was as surprised at the recent resignation of Uri Kaufthal, AST EPS certainly made the right step to move forward. I have known Mona for several years. She is bright and passionate about providing excellent products and services to her clients. I am sure she will carry this attitude into her new role. I truly look forward to seeing the impact she has on this industry.
