Australia May be Fixing its Stock Option Problem!

Take a look at this update from Deloitte.  It looks like taxes may go back to being based on exercise date (instead of vesting date) by the middle of next year.  Even better are proposed new rules for "start-up" company stock options.  This is worth the read.
