Tom Miller

The VisionLink Advisory Group

Tom Miller is founder and president of The VisionLink Advisory Group.
His background includes 34 years of advising both private and public
companies on the adoption of compensation and benefits programs. During
that time, he built three successful companies: a compensation
consulting firm, a benefits administration firm, and a registered
investment advisory firm. He currently directs design projects for many
of VisionLink's clients and is fully versed in all areas of executive
compensation and benefits. Tom's experience advising hundreds of
companies over his career has made him a much sought after speaker for a
variety of industry meetings. He has spoken on executive compensation
topics at various national conferences, Vistage and YPO groups. Tom
recently wrote and released an e‐book entitled Breakthrough:5 Principles that Changed a Culture and Transformed a Business.

Dan Walter

Dan Walter, CEP, is the President and CEO of Performensation.
Dan has assisted companies for more than 15 years with both executive
and broad-based compensation programs. Dan's expertise includes equity
compensation, executive programs, performance-based pay and talent
management issues. His experience with these programs includes:
diagnosis, design, communication, administration and reporting. In
addition to consulting, Dan's career has included creating software
solutions, administrative and technological best practices for these
programs. A popular and frequently-requested speaker, Dan does dozens of
presentations a year, combining humor and technical expertise into
accessible and practical information.
