The NASPP and PricewaterhouseCoopers are pleased to announce that they have teamed up to offer the NASPP-PwC 2012 Global Equity Incentives Survey. The joint survey is the industry's most comprehensive examination of global stock plan design and administration issues and will allow for year over year comparisons of compensation strategy and design, expensing, tax planning and compliance, global coordination, plan administration and employee communications. The survey also includes data on 19 countries and the European Union.

If you are not a PwC client, register to complete the survey today. Once you have registered, you will receive an email by Monday, April 23, that contains your company's login to the survey. When you receive your login, you can immediately begin to complete the survey. PwC clients will automatically be assigned logins and do not need to register for the survey.

Participation Required for Full Survey Results
The full survey results will only be available to those companies that complete the survey.

Service providers that are not eligible to complete the survey can access the full survey results at no cost, provided they are members of the NASPP. This access is available to service providers only; issuer companies must complete the survey to access the full survey results.

Special Offer-Discount on the NASPP Annual Conference
Anyone who completes the survey is entitled to a 10% discount on the 20th Annual NASPP Conference to be held in New Orleans from October 8-11. This is a great opportunity to save on the industry's premier Conference!
